Dilworth Homes has built close to a thousand new homes in Kelowna and throughout the Okanagan Valley over the past two decades. 

We develop new communities with our associated company Emil Anderson Construction Co. Ltd. which provides us with overall site preparation, roads, and services.

Dilworth Mountain Estates, South Ridge in the Mission, Stonebridge Estates, and now Tower Ranch are our primary Kelowna communities.  Mission Ridge Estates, Vista Ridge in Westbank, Meighan Creek Estates and The Armstrong Plateau in Armstrong are also proud Dilworth Homes communities. Each community may have several neighbourhoods within them and each includes both our detached single family homes (in a very wide range of sizes and models) and our semi-detached bungalow townhomes.

Dilworth Mountain Estates, standing proudly over the Kelowna city centre, consists of about 750 acres of Dilworth Mountain proper and its immediate environs.  Here Dilworth Homes is the exclusive builder. The neighbourhoods here include: Monahsee Peaks, Cascade Falls, Cassiar Meadows, The Terrace and The Orchard Terrace and now into the 4th phase of the Selkirk community at the very top of the mountain.  At Selkirk there will also soon be the Wycliffe townhome enclave.  And later this year, we will begin the Dilworth East townhome community at the sunny eastern base of the mountain.

South Ridge in the Mission will be home to several hundred families and there you can build your own home or choose Dilworth or another quality builder to do it for you.  The Gallery luxury townhome enclave within South Ridge offers a unique setting for the carefree strata lifestyle prized here in Kelowna.

Stonebridge Estates, at the southern limit of the city also offers single family homes and soon some townhome and strata units.  Here the recently completed Plateau … a level above marked a most successful affordable housing initiative.

The solid engineering background at our helm (President; Mike Jacobs PEng. and General Manager; Greg Asling PEng.) and staff ensures our hillside developments are sound and very well planned out: right down to the siting of each and every individual home.
